Due to our client’s exponential growth plans for their respective residential real estate portfolio, we were asked to undertake a full global market map and provide a shortlist of Chief Development Officers with international turnkey development experience of planning, designing, financing, constructing and operating the asset under consideration.

After successfully negotiating a 3 month reduction in his 6 month notice period, the offered candidate moved to the region with his family and started with the company on the proposed start date. BCI Executive Search were instrumental is assisting the candidate and his family to relocate to the region along with helping with the attestation of documents, schooling, accommodation etc. To date, the candidate has settled in well and the proposed master planned communities are progressing well despite the current market conditions.
